Renting from Capture Housing
We hope to make Renting from Capture as easy as possible and change the way people think about renting Affordable Housing.
We will work with Council’s to ensure that lettings meet the needs of local people first.
The rents that we charge
We will advertise our rents in advance so that you can choose whether the property for let is right for you and at the right price for your needs.
Coupled with this, we are looking into launching an APP for residents to have live updates on their rent account as well as being able to report repairs and issues online.
Management of our properties
We are a new organisation and therefore we are in discussion with a housing management provider to manage our properties on a day to day basis.
For this reason, we will continue to monitor this arrangement to demonstrate that we are delivering an excellent service.
As can be seen, we have a range of policies and procedures for customers who rent our homes.
