Capture Housing is a private provider of Affordable Housing.

We are here to help Local Authorities provide additional housing for local residents. 

The traditional provider route is changing.

As a result, we have seen Registered Provider’s involvement reduce in developing smaller sites. 

Many Local Authorities are facing this challenge by setting up their own Local Housing Companies.

They may not want to register themselves as Registered Providers or may want the flexibility of delivering additional capacity outside the HRA or General Fund.

Therefore Capture will work with Local Authorities to deliver private Build to Rent and Affordable Private Rent and find innovative solutions to meet local needs.

We work to negotiate legal agreements to support the delivery of products that meet local needs.
